Let´s talk numbers

- a closer look at financial information Whether you are reviewing or presenting financial statements, marketing results, sales performance, production costs & expenses, market trends, you will benefit from Let´s talk numbers. With the help of actual financial information, you will have the opportunity to review, discuss and present results & figures in order to:

     -     Build your Business & Financial vocabulary
     -     Improve your Business English fluency and presentation skills
     -     Increase comprehension of Financial information

We will work with current financial information related to today´s business world as well as Financial statements and vocabolary-building exercises. This course focuses on hands-on exercises in reviewing and presenting financial information so that you can find the right word just when you need it.
 

English Writing Skills
     - to develop a more confident and wider approach to the process of writing in English

The course will cover all the appropriate elements of effective writing. You will be given the
opportunity to write and receive feed back on a range of tasks.
The course will be based on the needs of the delegates.

     -          Analysis and discussion of writing skills and the writing process
     -          Appropriate grammatical points
     -          A model of writing: the 6C´s – clarity, conciseness, correctness, courtesy, consistency
     -          And completeness
     -         Spoken language vs. written language
     -         Style and tone
     -         Developing writing skills for different types of documents( e.g. emails, letters, reports)
 

Presentations in English

- to analyse and discuss both presentation skills and presentation language

To be based on the needs of the group participants.

-          Language of presentations (e.g. introducing yourself and the presentation, linking the presentation, dealing with questions, summarising)

-          Analysis and discussion of both presentation skills and presentation language

-          Preparing and presenting visuals
Practice presentations using participants´own authentic materials/company materials –with

      video analysis and feed back
